Nowadays in dermatology and cosmetology semiconducting lasers with continuous emission are used to carry out the following procedures:

Neoplasms removal:
fibromas, papillomas;
papillomatosic defects of development the cutaneous horn, nevuses;
warts vulgaris;
poonted warts, molluscum contagiosum;
xanthelasmas, atheromas, gemangiomas;

Papillomaviruses

The papillomaviruses genus is represented by a great group of the man and the Animal viruses.
For the man pathogenic microbes are human papilloma viruses (HPV) of several types defined according to the subsequence of nucleotides and the capside antigenity.

There is a correlation of various papilloma-viruses with clinical variants of the man warts:

HPV - 1 - plantar warts;

HPV - 2 - warts vulgaris;

HPV - 3 - flat warts;

HPV - 4 - Levandovsky - Lyntz's verrutziphormic epidermodisplasia;

HPV - 5, 6, 11 - pointed candilomas.

Infection ways:

Contact way (from man to man);

By the use of everyday life articles;

Autoinoculacia (scratches, wart cuts off) etc.

The incubation period lasts from a few months up to several years.

Human immune system activity is of great importance in clinical development of all kinds of warts, especially of the cellular immune system. The immune suppress state is often a cause of warts appearance.

Laser destruction was not the only method of a patient's treatment. When warts vulgaris appeared actively widely spread, quickly grew it was necessary to apply careful judgement to skin integument's and to get a patient ready for reducing relapses probability (immune correction, vegetovascular distonia therapy, vitaminotherapy, sedative preparations).
