A patient, 23 years old, a plantar wart appeared 6 years ago. The patient attempted to use growth destruction with the help of chemical preparations, criodestruction many times. Unsuccessful attempts of removal the wart with the use of surgical instruments were carried out three times. As a result of numerous relapses the wart's vulgaris sizes became as large as 4.5 cm of length and 2.5 of width. The patient suffered from acute pains walking and was made wear shoes without heels of three sizes more.

After judging the immune status preparations for the laser destruction with the use of immune corrigating preparations, vegetovascular therapy, vitamin therapy, taking sedatives were done. The permormed therapy resulted in the growth reduction and in 5 months a rounded formation with an even edge, fibrous surface and hyperkeratoses parts.

In 5 months after the treating period beginning a laser destruction session with satisfactory results without temporary limitation of extremity function was performed.
