To the left: the eye before the operation, acuity of vision - hand movement at the face, fundus of the eye reflex is absent.
To the right: the eye after the operation ËÂÝ circular filling, ÝËÊ along the depression surge of the central retinal rupture. Acuity of vision 0.7 with aphakial correction, observation period is 1.5 year (one and a half of the year)

Diagnosis: tractional retinal detachment ÂÃÈÒ of the left eye, the hyaloid fibrosis after penetrating wound. After ËÂÝ the capsule destruction and ÂÃÈÒ removal through the retina defect internal ÑÐÆ draining with subsequent ÝËÊ round the ÂÃÈÒ removal place under ÏÔÓÆ conditions was done.
The fundus in 2 months after the operation, acuity of vision is 0.4.

 A patient. Diagnosis: a retinal detachment with a giant rupture (duration - 3 hr.), post-contusion, ÂÐÏ level is B. The fundus of the eye before the operation: in the lower half the retina is detached.
The fundus of the eye of this patient in 1 day after circular filling operating ÒÑËÐ (P=1.2 W, T=0.5 sec., ¹15). A ring of yellowish - grayish retinal burns is seen, blocking the rupture and strengthening the depression surge from the filler. The point hemorrhage is shown with the arrow.
